Chartered in 2007, the APMP Liberty Chapter serves members in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and provides area proposal professionals a forum for education, information exchange, and networking. Due to the large geographic area served, the chapter holds both virtual and in-person events. The group meets at least quarterly, with state coordinators organizing local, smaller, in-person meetings periodically.
